Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased online within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Please note that shipping charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. We will process the exchange upon receiving your returned item(s) and ship out the replacement item(s) promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at wilderenquiry@wilderoutdoor.co.za so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your refund or exchange.
Final Sale Items
Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
